1. POSITION SUMMARY
-
The Business Development Manager is responsible for executing integrated sales campaigns to meet company’s business objectives in EU/UK.
-
To grow our business in EU/UK through direct Key accounting with food processors with focus on meat and dairy sectors.
-
Getting full support from the EU/UK Sales Director and Technical team.
-
This position requires the ability to manage multiple Sales and Marketing initiatives as established by the company’s regional business strategy and objectives.
-
The ability to work both independently and as part of an integrated team are critical.
2. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Growing our business in EU/UK through direct Key accounting with food processors with focus on meat and dairy sectors.
-
Organizing the hunting strategy of new clients (together with the Sales Director) with focus on meat and dairy processors in
-
Take care of the farming of the existing achieved clients, through systematic connections and local face2face visits.
-
Managing client’s order-planning and its follow-up, with full assistance from customer care and service team.
-
Proposing and maintaining the sales forecast (required rolling sales forecast on 12 months to be updated every 3 months) and business-grow plan (yearly)
-
Training account managers to become qualified for regional sales manager.
-
Interface with field sales and R&D for marketing and sales campaign development and execution
· Building its own sales team depends on business strategy and achievement.
3. INTERNAL & EXTERNAL RELATION
-
Close interaction with company executive and local sales teams
-
Regular communication with the Sales Director EU and R&D Director
-
Interacts with customers and vendors.
4. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENC
-
Bachelor’s degree, major in food science, food technology, meat technology or dairy technology
-
10+ years’ working experience, 5+ years’ experience in food additive industry and management position with specific focus on meat and dairy industries.
-
Proficiency in English is mandatory
-
Good at Microsoft office software
